This policy explains how daluje (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

What we collect & why

• Contact you initiate. If you email, call, or write to us, we process the details you provide (name, email, phone, message) to respond and, where relevant, to enter into or perform a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp, requested page) to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Consent preference. Your cookie/consent choice is stored locally in your browser so we don’t ask again. See our cookie policy.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are self-hosted — so no data is sent to third-party font or analytics services when you browse.

We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal bookkeeping obligations, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any right, email info@daluje.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
